Sitting in his favorite chair out cold and snoring made Callie's life a whole lot easier. Never did she have to explain where she was going or why she was out so late. Her father didn't care. It wasn't that he didn't care about her it was just that he put a lot of trust into her. This made it easy for Callie to just shut the door and go.
The dry grass poked at her bare feet as the young werewolf walked across the grass. Behind her house was a forest, one that when you crossed a certain part you were considered to be in Forks. Her favorite spot was in this forest, on the Forks side and everything. She sighed as she swiftly dodged the low branches. Once out of sight from anyone Callie changed into a rugged gray wolf after undressing. Now she could run freely. It was her favorite thing to do.
All of this was new to her still. She wasn't even sure what to really call herself either because she'd never met anyone with the same condition. Her paws hit the ground hard as she race in what seemed like half of a half circle. There she changed back into a human. She put back on her torn up jeans and black tank top with a lace white beanie on her head. She was barefoot and liked to stay that way.
Callie sighed and jumped up onto a giant stone that was big enough to seat maybe two more people. Her eyes drifted upward at the canopy of trees that hung over the forest. This was where she could just get away and just breathe for a while.
